Irma Lacava has been a real estate professional since 2008, and Bakersfield area business professional since the 1980s. She launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Preferred, and struck out on her own when she earned her broker's licensed two years later, forming Mission Real Estate in Bakersfield. When she married Southern California native and longtime Bakersfield resident and licensed Realtor Tony Lacava in 2014, they formed The Lacava Group. Irma has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Central Valley, and in Orange and Los Angeles counties as well. She has been a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the California, Bakersfield and SoCal Associations, and has served on multiple Bakersfield committees. Irma is bilingual.

Angie, a Colorado native, moved to Bakersfield in 2010 after graduating Summa Cum Laude attaining a BS in Petroleum Engineering with a minor in Economics and Business at the Colorado School of Mines. Her experience as a competitive college swimmer and engineering technology manager has solidified her love for working side by side with people to help achieve their dreams, and joined the real estate business in 2017 to make that theme even more present in her life.

Tony Lacava earned his California real estate license in 2009, and formed the Lacava Group with his wife Irma in 2014. He has lived in Bakersfield since 1979, and is a Bakersfield High, Bakersfield College and Fresno State graduate. He brings an extra insight into real estate, having a hands- on background in interior and exterior construction and renovations and landscaping. He bought his first home at age 23, and has had a fascination with real estate since.
