She launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker , and struck out on her own when she earned her broker's licensed two years later, forming Mission Real Estate in Bakersfield. In 2014 she set in motion a plan to rebrand the real estate company. The Lacava Group is the result of that goal. Irma has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Central Valley, San Diego, and in Orange and Los Angeles counties as well. She has been a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the California, Bakersfield, Southland Regional, North San Diego County Association of Realtors and has served on multiple Bakersfield committees. Irma is bilingual.

He bought his first home at age 23, and has had a fascination with real estate since.
